Great product, even better support

I was looking for a method of getting orders printed as I wanted them on a receipt printer. This is because my site is for an Indian Restaurant online orders. Tried several PlugIns that said they would do the job, but not as I wanted. Stumbled across Printus – didn’t quite do what I wanted, so I bit the bullet and invested in a custom template. Uriahs checked with me to clarify exactly what I wanted, and apologised that it would take a couple of days because of the weekend!

He sent my template through as promised. There was a slight issue – because (as I discovered subsequently) I had quoted the wrong paper width. Uriahs quickly changed the setting for me.

The result is EXACTLY what I wanted – and my customer is over the moon with the result.

Can’t rate this PlugIn and support highly enough.
