    We would not hesitate to recommend this to anyone looking for a serious business level search service. We’re using it on an installation with millions of queries each month with great success.

    Thanks a lot, that is much appreciated!

    Great support? Any chance you may please let me know how did you figure getting great support from them? So far they’re going in circles and on the 2nd reply they basically ask me to subscribe on paid support which is thousands of dollars with a contract/commitment.

    Our support is limited to providing guidance and recommendation and indeed requires our customers to have developer resources.

    The support on our Algolia API and our API clients are included in any plan.
