Great product and Great Support

I love JOT, we have been using it for several months now and it works great!
We have a SMS subscribers list of about 310 people that we send messages to 3-5 times a week. Every time it works fine, giving feedback to errors with disconnected phone numbers when it happens.
We had one or two things come up over time with features that we wanted, the JOT team responded quickly to the initial contact and helped up achieve our end goal always within a day or two.
