Great potential but slow support

I am really impressed with this plugin for the simplicity of it and how it works in principal. However, we had issues with the setup and a conflict with jquery, which has been fixed by another developer. It’s not clear how to setup a group chat and the documentation is very developer orientated and not user friendly for us non-coders! Once the bugs are fixed and the support team gets a bit more hands on with responding to support requests faster, I will definitely up the rating. I am hoping that the video and audio call group feature will be functional, once I hear from their support. If so, then this plugin will be one to watch for the future!
