    Had issue that is browser specific therefore everyone with the same setup will experience it. Not much done by the support, they just say it is not their fault and let you manage it however you like. Besides that 12-24h period for answers is more of a 24-48h+ period on every reply.

    Just don’t rely on the support. Great plugin besides that!

    I’m sorry you are unsatisfied with our support. Please know that we will always investigate issues. Sometimes, the conclusion is that either our plugin doesn’t have a feature you need or another plugin/theme is the cause. We don’t like that either but with so many plugins & themes out there that each hold their own standards, it’s difficult to navigate sometimes. We will try to reach out to authors of said plugins if we can but this is not always possible.
