Great plugin with very good support

I have been using Shortpixel for a few months now and am very satisfied. The tool fulfills its purpose and is easy to use. The documentation on the website provides an explanation and solution to all issues. The pricing model makes sense.

I would also like to praise the excellent support. The speed of response is amazing! The friendliness is also at a very high level. The support team can also explain things very well and clearly. They can put themselves in the customer’s shoes and know exactly what the customer wants.

I have the feeling that a lot of value is placed on humanity here and it’s not just about selling a product. I like it very much and I can recommend Shortpixel without hesitation.
