Great plugin with the best support

To see people giving this plugin a one star rating is a big mystery to me.
The function of the plugin was just what I needed for my WooCommerce site.

I emailed the support team to get some help to style the plugin to fit the website I’m building. I got fast responses and I have never experienced this level of support from any theme or plugin author ever. I needed a lot of customization to change texts, tooltip icons, styles of input fields and buttons. At one point I asked if it was possible to make a donation as a thank you for the awesome support. They politely denied my request to give a donation and explained that they just did their job.
