Great Plugin With Even Better Support

This is an attractive plugin that gives my site a nice live feel, has helped me grow my followers and works flawlessly, almost all of the time. That brings me to my main point.

Aaron, the designer, does an excellent job of support. After working perfectly for over 6 months there were some issues with a WP update. Given how many systems are out there and how often they are updated, keeping this thing working across the board cannot be an easy task. I’m a musician and was lost in the help forum when I tried to understand all of the tech language used for update instructions. On what had to have been an extremely stressful day for Aaron, he took the time to write out update instructions in clear language for a non-tech person. This, for a free plugin.

All I can say is download it!
