Great plugin. When it works…

  • I installed this plugin, it worked fine, great design and all, I upgraded to a premium version and it stopped working one day later due to a plugin conflict it seems.
    I sent a support request on their site and they were very reactive, asked me for my admin to check what was going on.
    But then I never heard back from them.
    I would understand a week delay but I’m talking more than 2 weeks here.
    I had to change plugin cause I was in a hurry and I still have no answer concerning what is now a refund request.

    Again sorry, it was great when it worked but “when” was 5 days for me…
    Plugins and themes conflict seem to be an important issue on this one so check before upgrade.

    Again no agressivity meant, only sincere concern from a client :

    I reposted all this (again) on your contact form as requested, 6 days ago, and again no return from you.

    This is now officially a refund request since I had to go with another plugin due to the lack of answer and the impossiblity to leave the site not functioning.

    Did you ever get your refund? Because they are not replying to me about fixing the error on my site. my clients cant book appointments. Which plugin did you end up going with other then this one?
