We just offer faster support on our own forums, which includes free users. We’re definitely not only helping our paid users at the moment. That’s never been our style.
We’re working hard to resolve any issues for both our free and paid users. We did some extensive testing with our developer newsletter, but that’s a list of about 800 people, so when a large update like this goes out to well over a million users, there are bound to be some issues that we missed. Most of these come down to plugin conflicts or edge cases.
If you post over on our forums, we’d be glad to help out. For now, you can roll back to version 2.4.25 until we’re able to fix everything. You can download that here.
