Please note that we would have been more than happy to debug or provide some suggestions if you created a support thread on our www.remarpro.com support forum.
What you described sounds like it might be an SMTP server limitation/misconfiguration. Alternatively, you may have needed to change your mailer settings, so instead of TLS, you should try to use SSL and enable or disable “Auto TLS” (this setting does not show up if “TLS” is selected for “encryption”).
