• The plugin works very well if you want to create DHL shipping labels for your wooCommerce orders within wooCommerce.

But note: it requires you to have a working DHL business customer account.

    LABELS
You can create and download the labels either for single orders (within the order details view), or you can select multiple orders in the order overview and create bulk “DHL shipment label”, which means a pdf file containing all the shipping labels of the orders you selected.

    TRACKING-ID
Also, you can have the tracking-id of each shipment added automatically to the order and the “completed” email, which I find very helpful.

    LOGO
It also allows you to add your logo to your shipment label (next to your sender address), but figuring that out was quite tricky for me.
You’ll have to add your logo in a “Sender” template in the DHL business customer portal, then copy the “sender reference” from the portal and add it to the plugin settings. Sounds easy, but was hard to figure out (DHL customer support folks were unfortunately not ver helpful at all).

    DOCUMENTATION (for set up)
Documentation on DHL end in general on how to set it up is a bit poor (could be improved), but that’s not to blame the developer.
Just meaning it took me a while to have it set up and working properly (as needed). I would have been happy about more detailed documentation.

    DEVELOPER & SUPPORT
I got good and helpful support by the developer when I experienced issues with the plugin (even if it turned out they were not his mistake).

As it’s a free plugin, please be patient with the developer when experiencing issues.
(Also for at least “advanced” site-owners / devs / admins it can help to create a DHL developers account to be able to check if the issue is linked to DHL itself, instead of the developer – which was the case in my case).

Last but not least, just a heads-up (as already mentioned above):
don’t expect DHL business customer hotline to be too familiar with the plugin. I found out they’re absolutely not able to help with details (e.g. how to get your logo on the label). But that’s again not to blame the developer.
