Great plugin, struggling with support after finding bug

Great plugin, but I’ve run into a few bugs with the Post Grids filters that I’ve been in touch with customer service on. They were very responsive on the original message submitted a month ago and provided follow-up, but when I was told a fix would be addressed in the next update it keeps being pushed back. Understandable that this issue could take longer to fix, but there’s been zero response for the past 2 weeks in regards to this issue being fixed (meanwhile I submitted another ticket to troubleshoot a different issue and they helped resolve it.)
