Great plugin, poor support

  • This plugin is a solid caching plugin with tons of options that works seamlessly with many services such as CloudFlare, MaxCDN, New Relic, etc. However, if you order any of the “tuning” packages (we ordered the $200 Linux Server Optimization and Plugin Configuration) expect a long wait and poor support response.

    They don’t respond to any mails and not even my tweets directly to the owner of W3TC

    The initial acknowledgment of the order was quick, but then it took several days to get the details straight, and almost three weeks of prompting to get them to actually complete the work. The benchmarks they use show a page load speed improvement from 1.39 to 1.09 seconds.

    Now that the work is done, we are unable to get any kind of documentation as to what changes were actually made on the server level (within the plug-in you can see what they did).
