Great plugin, minor problem

Overall great plugin, simple and effective. 4 stars only because I encounter a minor problem: namely, that it breaks blockquotes into different pages. This would be fine, except that the next page does not show that it is a continuation of a blockquote and the text is as if from normal paragraph. Probably a small bug that could be resolved in the future updates.
