Great plugin. Just missing one feature: the total of all totals

You can do this, for example:

<?php echo ( get_scp_twitter() + get_scp_facebook() + get_scp_youtube() + get_scp_googleplus() + get_scp_instagram() + get_scp_steam() + get_scp_soundcloud() ); ?>

Or you can use:

<?php echo array_sum( get_scp_all() ); ?>
