• I bought the plugin 2 years ago and it worked fine. This time I baught it and it threw a fatal error. I contacted the customer support by filling out a detailled form, everything that was needed to check the system as well as created a user account for them to troubleshoot.

    The contact form states that if you miss out a field they would charge you. The paypal t&cs of them states if you want a refund they going to invoice you (more than the plugin is worth).

    After writing the fourth email by requesting a refund since plugin doesnt work as well as there was no answer to my previous emails, the developer got back to me in a nearly harassing way, telling me they closed the ticket. I never got any notification or clarification.

    Use the plugin in the lite version, as long as it doesn’t break your site. But be careful when thinking of purchasing the plugin.
