    If you need to ask for help regarding your inability to purchase a premium add-on, I hope your working hours match those in Australia, because posting on the support forum is only allowed at those times.

    If you decide to email the plugin author, I hope you don’t try to point out these issues and have them fixed, because you’ll receive an email telling you it’s not his fault. If you press further, you’ll receive an email telling you to not contact him again.
