Great plugin, great support

I’ve been using Formidable Forms Pro on several sites since 2016, and I’m always finding more uses for it. It provides a HUGE amount of flexibility that goes well beyond building simple contact forms (although it does that well, too). I’ve built mini-applications that serve important functions in my business.

Support is superb as well. I just counted, and I’ve submitted 15 support tickets since I’ve owned Formidable, and I’ve always received timely and helpful responses—often from Steph and Jamie themselves. I’ve seen the plugin evolve and improve since the time that I started using it, and I’m excited to see it continue to get better. Also just want to say thanks to the Formidable team for investing so much work into fixing bugs and making the plugin better every day. ??
