Great Plugin – Great Support

I purchased this plugin last week because my client need additional information from his customers at check out.

This plugin is great and works just as it is described. I was able to add multiple additional field – some checkbox, some radio – and they work perfectly.

In addition, I contacted support because I needed some help formatting the fields – aligning the columns and adding space between each field. The support was prompt and very helpful. They provided the custom css and it works great!

Definitely recommend!
