Great plugin, great service and response! Super Fast!

  • The jetpack plugin was already pre installed with my WordPress installation. It has a huge rage of possibilities, but since I have not been using it for so long I have not been using a lot. However, the things that I have been using, Post by Email work great.

    Not only that, but even more important, the service and response of Jetpack developers and programmers is super fast and super friendly! This is how every developer should treat their clients.

    I had some difficulties with forwarding emails to the post by email option and after a few emails back and forth this issue got resolved without any trouble. Not only did they patiently and diligently responded to my emails, but also superfast!

    Thanks Richard and Jetpack Team! Keep up the good work!

  • The jetpack plugin was already pre installed with my WordPress installation.

    Just a quick note to clarify that this is not usual. The only plugins bundled in a default WordPress installation are Akismet and Hello Dolly.
