• The plugin(s) work really well, and the after-sales assistance is great, especially regarding snippets to allow extra functions etc. Definitely the best service from any plugin I have purchased.

    I had a negative experience with Stripe fees due to a code change. It turns out that there was an assumption made about Stripe fees and perhaps not enough research was done. I have been provided with a code snippet to disable Stripe Express as it is a chargeable service in the UK, but hopefully the devs will implement a dashboard option to select which Stripe methods the platform wants to employ.

    Support has been difficult since March. They are evidently extremely busy. I hope they will work on their replies as they are often missing the point or lacking in detail.

    Overall though the products are very strong, they just need to step up on the quality of first-time resolutions to support queries.
