Great plugin – glad I installed when I did!

After wrestling with a paid backup add-on back and forth with the developers and my host for a couple of months I finally gave up and installed this on all my client sites. Seems to be working very well so far, I’m very happy with this plugin.

Thank goodness I finally gave in when I did, as the very next day I found one of my client sites had been hacked overnight. It was pretty bad, I didn’t even have access to the dashboard to do the one click reinstall. Luckily I was able to download all the files from AWS and manually upload everything. This potentially saved me hours of frustration, the fee for my host and also avoid the risk their backup had failed as well.

Very glad to have found this plugin. Thank you very much for supplying such and easy to use tool for free, I am a big fan so far!
