Great plugin for the job it does

I used the free version and for a single locker I was happy and used to give this plugin 5 stars. It offers some features and simplicity most of the other content lockers don’t.

However, after encountering buggy behaviour when using TWO independant lockers and reporting it to them, I got no help. They recommend using their own support/ticketing system instead of the support forums here on www.remarpro.com, so that’s what I did. Their automated system response says: “Please, be patient, we will respond to your inquiry within 2 business days.”

After a week or so of no response, I sent in a second ticket. It took 30 DAYS before I got a response, and all it said was basically “sorry for the delay, do you still need help?”

I replied telling them to re-read the ticket as yes it’s still an issue. … NO REPLY FROM THEM SINCE.

Since then, WordPress 5 has been released and this plugin still shows as tested only up to 4.9.9 so.

SO, if you need one single locker, try out the free version. It seems to still work with WP 5, but like I mentioned above, more than one locker will not work as expected.
