Great plugin for a small site, Horrible support

You got a great plugin for a small site, the way it looks, how it functions, however, you give a horrible support 0%
I asked a few things here and on your site, but you were no where to be found, if you chose not to give people support i chose to give you a 1 star, but that’s not the only reason, your search doesn’t include MEMBERS, which makes it POINTLESS and out of touch, i think the plugin should be either 100% free or 100% for money, but you’ve done what we all hate, you made a nice plugin up until 70% and left the most important things to charge people for, that’s pretty lame.
