Great Plugin, Fast Support, Super Flexible

I started using this plugin a month ago and it has been super helpful already. I am running an online membership subscription service and it has really come in handy to know exactly what my members are doing. This really has it all: pageviews, time on site, browser information, heatmaps and room for custom code. I was able to track video player clicks and other types of click events to gain more detail about the user – in turn making our customer service better. The few questions and trouble I had, Camu was able to help me quickly and efficiently. Must have plugin if you’re serious about analytics.
