Great Plugin – Excellent Support…

I have been using this plugin for many months, and I love it.

However, I updated my wordpress version and it seemed like the plugin was no longer connecting with my database. So, I posted about my problem on the support section for this plugin, looking for assistance.

Unlike many plugins who offer little or no support, I was so impressed with the quick reply and professional help that was offered to me by the plugin author.

Through a series of helpful suggestions, I found that the conflict was due to a plugin conflict with NextGen Gallery.
