no Support offered unless…

Actually I have to revise my review.

I had an issue and tried the support forum, but noted, that there wasn’t anything moderated in the last couple of weeks.

So I contacted the plugin developer about it and was told, that support is only provided if you use it in conjunction with one of their themes you can purchase.

If you can manage on your own, fine go for it, but if you may need support, better find a different plugin that does offer support.
