• Hi,
Your plugin is a good solution for our shop, but unfortunately I can’t seem to be able to “pick” a product for the bundle I want.
I’m using Mac with Windows 8 also installed on Parallels, I tried on both Firefox, Chrome and Safari on Mac and on Firefox and Chrome on Windows, it doesn’t pick the product bundle, on Mac when I type in the first letters of the product I want it just lists all the products, on Windows when I type in the first letters it does go to that part of the list. The nice part is that is lists all the variations of each product so I should be able to bundle only 1 variation of each product.
The big problem I’m having is that none of the products I highlight to pick will actually get picked so the search window on Add Product to bundle stays empty no matter which O/S I’m using:

Just to explain, I’m trying to add a bundle product on an existing product, I’m not doing it from scratch so I don’t have to add images again, hope this makes my support ticket clear.
    Thanks,
    Joseph

    Joseph,

Sorry for the delayed response, could you tell me exactly what versions of MAC, Chrome & Firefox you have used.

Because I tested with OSX Snow Leopard ( Safari 5, 5.1, Firefox 39, Chrome 43 ) and OSX Lion ( Safari 5.1, Firefox 38, Chrome 43 ). and it worked perfectly ( I don’t have real mac machine, tested using Browser Stack Tools ).

    Hi Saravana,
Thank you for your reply, here are the settings I used:
Mac ProBook OSX 10.9.5 with Parallels Desktop 9 for Mac, on the Parallels side have Windows 8.1 installed
    Browsers tested with:
    Mac – Firefox 39.0, Chrome 43 and Safari 7.1.6
    Windows – Chrome 43, IE 10

I had no problems installing and activating, all other plugins and website continued to work as before, the only problem I was having is to pick the product from the list, it was highlighting the product, but no matter what I tried (hit Enter, double click) it won’t choose the product.
Could be something in my configuration?

I wanted to use your plugin to offer customers an additional product if they purchase a certain product so I thought I can “bundle” my item that has a cost with another item that would be free when they buy the first item. What I ended up doing for the time being is adding a Gravity Form check box (checked) on the checkout page of the main product that is not showing on the order as additional free product for that order.

    Thanks,

    Joseph
