Great plugin, but wrong way to do it

  • This plugin is great, but I don’t think it’s ok to offer a plugin that you can download in wordpress and activate, just to find out later that you have to pay for it. In the meantime you have spent a lot of time setting it up, and suddenly you see that your trial period is ending.

    Thanks for sharing, @unebune. I kinda see where this is coming from, but like with a bunch of other businesses we run a subscription-based service. Our WP plugin just makes things easier when it comes to adding LiveChat to your website. To add to that, we try communicating to our users that they are on a free trial from the very first moment they open an account with us.
