Great Plugin But will it be updated?

Hi,
I see that this plugin has not been updated for about 6 months now. I want to use this in a clients project but am concerned whether it will become incompatible with future wp releases because it hasn’t been updated or set by plugin authors to be compatible with current version. I’d greatly appreciate if the authors or anyone knowledge can tell me whether I’d be safe using this for a high end client’s wp admin dashboard management.
