• Worked with my regular Elementor but broke Elementor Pro.
Turned off some plugin features and EP is working again ??
Suggest you turn off what you do not need as it all consumes memory and effects performance,
For me, I did have all features on and I guess 1 of the rogue fatures was sucking memory… 1Gb ram was not enough!!!

  • Hi @johncarteroz

Can you provide some more info?
Never came across such memory issue. Our official site where you can find demo of all the features is running on 256MB without any issue.

Can you tell me more about the issue you have faced and turning off which particular features fixed that issue.

    Hi Anand,

With everything turned on, I was receiving the following error
[Sun Dec 13 00:21:00.452227 2020] [:error] [pid 441454] [client xxx.185.108.11:52302] PHP Fatal error: Allowed memory size of 268435456 bytes exhausted (tried to allocate 28583552 bytes) in /home/xxxx/xxxx/wwwroot/web/wp-content/plugins/elementor/core/common/modules/ajax/module.php on line 265, referer:?https://www.xxxx.com.au/wp-admin/post.php?post=2803&action=elementor

    I did some testing and found the following components gave the above issue;
    – info circle
    – Dual Button
    – Progress Bar
    – Comparison Table
    – Split Text
    – Twitter

The other features had no issues…

If you need any more details, please let me know.

I have still given your plugin a 5 star as I believe it is worth it and that this plugin is well supported…

    Thank you

This is strange. Some other widget you have listed are too simple to put even a little bit of memory strain.

Can you put a support ticket on link below so that our development team will look into further details

And yes, thanks for rating us with 5 Stars.
