Great Plugin but unable to create NEW tests!

I currently have six tests running just great on my website!
Today, I went to create a new exam. After I filled out the options I clicked “Save” on the “create new exam” page.
Before when I have done this, it would usually bring me to a 404 error page or something(possibly b.c I installed WP in subfolder), then I’d just click the back button and then click on “back to exams” , and the new exam I created would be there and I could start adding questions.
However, after this last update, on 1/17, it seems that when I click “Save” on the “create new exam” page, that it redirects me to a link like this “…wp-admin/edit.php?page=watu/question.php&message=new_quiz&quiz=0” .It lets me add questions from there, but the problem is anytime I try to create new exam it goes to the same quiz=0 or [Watu 0], and shows the same Watu 0 questions. It should create [Watu 7], then [Watu 8], not the same Watu 0 obviously.
So instead of creating Exam #7, 8 , 9 , it creates exam #0 all the time, and won’t ever do anything different. Please help!
