Great plugin but slow support.

  • I would first like to thank the developers for all their effort in creating this great plugin. However, the support is extremely slow. I have opened a ticket and even requested to join their Facebook group but till now no response from the developers.
    The issue is that there is no scroll function on the form editor in admin, possibly a bug. I disabled all plugins and using Twenty Seventeen theme but still can’t scroll down on the form to make edits.

    Thank you for your feedback. We try to provide support as soon as possible and also our support team answers all the tickets every weekdays. I think you submitted the ticket at the weekend so you may get a delayed response.

    Regarding your issue. When you are on the form editor screen, We have disabled the whole page scroll intentionally to give the best experience on the editor. If you take a look closely, Gutenberg also do that so when you edit a page on Gutenberg, it disable scroll for your admin sidebar to prevent double scrolling.
