Great plugin but Pro Version far too EXPENSIVE!

    This is without doubt a great plugin that is actively updated and feature rich.
    I had previously purchased the BP Gallery plugin which was full of bugs and issues and not a patch on this plugin.
    After using the free version I thought it would be a good idea to upgrade and I followed this link https://rtcamp.com/news/rtmedia-pro-v1-1/https://rtcamp.com/news/rtmedia-pro-v1-1/https:// where the plugin was advertised at $59. At first I thought this was very expensive just to activate a few extra features, ok 17 in all but when I pressed the link I almost dropped to the floor when I saw that the price for the upgrade was no $99 rising shortly to $149.
    I understand that the authors time and investment should be compensated but really ￡99 bucks?
    I can go to Amazon and purchase Microsoft Windows 8 Pro for just under $88 dollars which is a massive programme that has cost hundreds of thousands of $ to produce.

    How can you justify such a high price for this product. I was about to buy at $59 but sorry there is no way I can afford such a high price for such a small piece of software no matter how good it may be which is a real shame. I think you are going to loose many potential customers using the pricing scale including me.

    Regarding pricing of PRO plugin, if you check – https://rtcamp.com/store/ you will see that there is large pricing variation for all our premium stuff.

    Pricing depends on many things like complexity of development, complexity of setup, expected number of users, etc.

    That being said, we appreciate the fact that even when you did not agree with our pricing, you did not make it point to post a bad review about free version.

    Hi Rahul
    I appreciate your reply. I cannot fault your plugin, it is excellent and it performs flawlessly on my setup which is rare these days. As developers you have created an excellent tool there is no doubting that.
    Thank you for you link to promo I shall be in touch as I really would like to upgrade and wouldn’t want to bore you with my long list of financial woes :0) I’m sure many of us are in the same boat.
