    Hi

    Thank you for the amazing plugin.

    But, it looks like the content still can be copied via tablets and mobile devices. Is there a way to stop there as well?

    We checked the case you are mentioning on our end and noticed that everything works fine in the mobile version.
    Most presumably, you are experiencing an individual case.

    Please provide us with the following information for further investigation of the case.

    1. The link, where the copy protection is enabled.
    2. Let us know whether you are using a Cache plugin or not.
    3. If possible, please provide us with a short video where the given problem can be displayed for a better understanding of the case.

    Also, pardon me for lack of technical knowledge but I heard that with some CSS tricks, the content still can be copied. Can this be prevented via plugin? If yes, please guide me on how to enable the protection.

    PS: I love the fact that it prevents from viewing source code as well. Big help.

    We checked your website and noticed the problem you are mentioning there.
    Most presumably, you are experiencing an individual case, as we checked the case on our end and the plugin normally worked for us.

    While checking we noticed that some of the CSS codes are being removed from the page that may be caused by the conflict with one of the plugins you are using.

    Please do?troubleshooting?by deactivating the plugins one by one, to find the conflicting plugin.

    You can make a?DB Backup?for your safety (you can use?UpdraftPlus).

    Quick update, I was able to fix the issue for mobile device. I excluded pages and saved the plugin again. Tested it on mobile and it worked. Might be a glitch or caching error but it seems to be working fine now ??

    But, I am facing the error on tablet. By error I mean the text on tablet still can be selected ?? I am guessing tablets aren’t supported at the moment?

    Also, is there any option to exclude page selectively?

    Please let us know how you managed to fix the issue.
    Whether you have excluded?the page from another Optimizing plugin or from the Copy Protection plugin.

    As to the tablets.
    The tablets are supported by the plugin, and it must have worked for tablets as well.
    We assumed there was a conflict with any of the plugins you are using. That is why we recommended?to do troubleshooting and finding the conflicting plugin.?

    Let us know whether you did troubleshooting or not. If yes, whether there was any conflict?with any of the plugins you are using or not.

    <<Also, is there any option to exclude page selectively?

    As far as I understand, you want to disable the copy protection on your desired specific?pages.
    If yes, then, the plugin has the Enable For > Include/Exclude several pages/posts option for usage:

    However, please note, that the feature is available only in the Pro version of the plugin.

    I did check under troubleshooting mode and even in staging mode by deleting all other plugins and for some reason, the issue wasn’t resolved.

    Next, in the exclude section of this plugin, I selected pages and saved the plugin. Cleared my cache and the issue was resolved. Next, I cleared the “exclude” field, cleared rhe cache, waited for sometime and it was working perfectly. Might be a glitch or conflict but it was resolved this way.

    Thank you for confirming that tablets are supported. I will check with my caching again and wait for sometime to test again ??

    Quick update – The plugin is working on my tablet screen as well.
    I had one of my articles bookmarked and I was checking it from there only. It didn’t work in that case even after clearing the cache – not even in incognito mode.

    I searched one of my article via Google and tried to copy the content – found out the plugin is working fine ??

    Please clear all the caches and temporarily?deactivate the Cache plugin you are using (please do this manually, and not by using a plugin doing troubleshooting).
    The problem you are experiencing seems to be caused by a conflict with the cache.
    Please check the case in this way and let us know about the outcome.

    I tried disabling the cache plugin but it looks like the conflict is with browser caching as the plugin doesn’t work when I visit my website through bookmarks but works absolutely fine when I visit my website through a fresh Google search.

    I tested it with other devices as well and the plugin seems to be working ??
