• This is a really, really good plugin! It’s easy, clean, and comes with great support. This is probably one of the easiest & most useful wordpress plugins out there for any wordpress site to use. Setting up the newsletters and configurations is a BREEZE.
    But. . .
The deal breaker for me is the newsletter templates/themes are not responsive. maybe it’s just me, but what isn’t responsive anymore? I viewed a newsletter on my android Note and it did not fit in-screen. This is a huge deal breaker for me seeing as i own a web design company that emphasizes mobile priority for design. Mailpoet says that it views perfectly on a bunch of various platforms, so i assumed it was responsive on an android.
I do believe they have stated on their website that they are rebuilding the plugin and using responsive technology in the new version. I may revisit it then, but for now onto another solution.

  • Hey jbbaab! Not sure how to pronounce that.

What email client are you using on your Note? The Gmail app will never be fully responsive, so you know.

This said, we’re currently working on improving our templates for a release in a few months. These will be multicolumn and add some improvements on the mobile side.

Thanks. I am using the default email client. i do realize that responsive themes in email can be complex due to the javascript, but the possibility of having a fluid theme that resizes based on percentages, floating elements, and max-widths would be nice.

I agree – MP EDMs look crap on mobile.
