Great plugin, bad support

Last and final edit: I don’t mind not being answered when I ask for a request, even if it’s an important one, because if you purchase a product or service you do it for what it offers you at the time of saif purchase, not what you expect it might offer you after some time. So that’s fine.
But having to wait two weeks for an answer to solve a real ISSUE, well, that’s just a big NO in my opinion.
So no more edits on this review, it’s the second time this happens. I’m using this plugin for a real business, I need it to work properly. I can wait a few days, maybe even a week (and that’s being way too reasonable I think) but two weeks? No way.
It’s a shame, because other than that, the plugin is great and works quite fine.
