Great plugin..but…

  • Before the last updates everything was fine. Since two days ago it has interfered with my visual editor and the visual editor only works if I disable the plugin(POPUP MAKER). It’s a shame because I love it.

    I have deleted the browser cache as they indicated from the support, but this does not fix it.

    I still give them a 4

    @pitidavies – Sorry to hear that and appreciate the 4 stars anyways, but if the cache issue didn’t resolve it there are only a few potential issues.

    1. A JS error on those pages.

    2.If #2 references pum_shortcode_ui then it indicates that your browser is in fact still loading cached copies of our scripts which is leading to the error. We are not sure why this is the case for so many users but most have seemed to be on heavily cached servers or use something like CloudFlare or CDNs that are not updating quickly enough.

    That is about the only possibilities at this point. If we had more information I can give better idea of how to fix, but based on the limited info provided that is what I can offer.

    We don’t want it to be broken for anyone so best to help you track it down.
