Great plugin, better support

I am not aware of another plugin that provides HIPAA compliance for forms, but undoubtedly this one would still be the best even if there were alternatives. It receives regular updates and new features, and the service is very affordable.

Really, the best part is the fantastic customer service! Spencer is quick to respond to emails, and understands the most important thing is making sure your inbound messages get through. I’ve had a couple of feature requests that, sure enough, make it into the next release.
