Great plugin. Awesome support!

A client of mine wanted to do picture polls, so I found and installed this plug-in. It was exactly what we wanted, but I was having trouble getting the pictures to size properly. So I reached out for some support, thinking that I’d receive a reply sometime in this century. If I was lucky. To my surprise, the support team responded within hours, and together we worked through the issue; after quite a bit of back-and-forth, they figured out the problem, issued an update, and everything now works perfectly. And all of this was for the free version, no less!

You can be sure that I’m going to upgrade to the Pro version, and let as many people as possible know that TotalSoft really cares about their products and their users. Too bad five stars are all the system will allow; these guys deserve 10.
