Great Plugin and Outstanding Customer Support

I installed this plugin last week after evaluating a couple others. The Print-o-Matic plugin was easy to understand and worked great – exactly what I needed. I discovered an issue related to IE 11 in which the print dialog box would not display. I have never reported an issue before and this was my first for reporting a problem. I was contacted within hours with a possible fix. Per the instructions I was given, I installed the fix and now IE works as well as the other browsers. I highly recommend this plugin to anyone looking for a simple way to print any web content. Moreover, as demonstrated by the developers of this plugin they back their product. Very impressive !!!
