Great plugin and great support

  • Great plugin that does what it says. Just connect with the osTicket and allows you to configure the CSS in order to make it look like your website.

    The support is great, the developer contacted me with many posts in the forum and by mail in order to help me correcting some bugs.

    Now is perfect for all the people who needs to connect this two nice tools: WP and OsTicket.
