Great Plugin and Awesome Support

This plugin does just what is said plus more. Glad I purchased the pro version. I love the ability to add custom statuses and custom fields and be able to assign wordpress users to each ticket. Its so easy to use and I was able to integrate it with my website seamlessly.

Pradeep was great in helping me customizing it into something other than a helpdesk system. Thanks for the great support!
