Great plugin and awesome service!

Not difficult to rate 5-stars for this product and the team’s service. Set up is easy even for a non-technical person like me and with the fast, almost-always available chat service provided by the team, I am able to navigate through the set up quite painlessly. I have rarely experienced the level of patience shown by the team in answering my questions. Even when the chat is not available, the questions I posted though the ticket system is always attended to within 24 hours. I have successfully set up the basic feature of the app, and with the level of handholding experienced so far, I am already confident of setting up more features available in the app and optimise its wide-ranging power to drive my sales.
