Great plugin

I have used this plugin for years and finally ran into a build where I needed a gravity form on the maintenance page. I purchased the premium version but the shortcode didn’t work and the form wasn’t showing up. I emailed the developer and within 30 minutes, he had responded and showed me how to fix my issue.
