Great plugin

I’ve made a few changes to this plugin so that the link preview looks very similar to those on Medium.com.

• I added a template and css to show the post image, title, description and original link in a card format (instead of just the image).
• I also added an extra parameter so you can paste any custom image in (if you don’t like the one attached to the link)

You can see an example in the links I added for this article on my prototyping site.

• The only problem I had was with the lazy-loading setting, as I changed the image embed to a background image of a div so that I could centre the image
