Great plugin

Thank you for the great plugin. Just want to give one idea to improve your plugin. You should make an ability to export/import data to your own format to restore actual records after restore a backup of a site.

Let`s say I made a full backup two days ago and now I need to restore my site. But customers made 100 new submissions during this time. So I want to export all form submissions then restore the backup and finally I want to import the last list of submissions.
