Great plugin!

You‘re probably looking for a plug-in to manage your mails and design easy and professional looking templates and are wondering if you can do this with YayMail. I‘ll tell you about my experiences and why I can recommend it.

To start with, I chose YayMail because they had updated their plug-in more frequently than the other plugins in the list ( at least when I was looking) and I thought that it might be on of the more worked on plugins that still evolve and get better every few weeks.
I started using the free version to test wether the customizer was as good as the description said and it worked out very well. After a few minutes I had finished my first template, looked at it in the preview function and sent a test mail to my private email ( before, previewing and testing were managed with two other plugins).

Then I realised, that because I’m using Germanized, which ads multiple extra email types / templates, the free version would not be enough to do all the templates and functions I wanted ( order pdf, shipping and tracking for example), so I bought the premium version.
Since that didn’t give me the Germanized features I asked for a refund, got it, bought the Germanized addon and was happy. During this process, the support team was very helpful and took a lot of time to give me some advice and find the right solutions ( I’m all new to WooCommerce and gladly accepted the help).
Because I wanted even more features by the time I had finished my extra templates and used the extra functions, I bought the pro version again.

Now I have a perfectly working mailing system with good looking templates for mails and pdf, shipping info and shipment tracking info for customers and total costs of 109,80$ per year. This may sound like a lot of money, but emails are one of the core parts of a well working shop and since the plug-in goes so well with almost all of my other plugins, it really is worth the money.
Oh and I forgot to mention that the developers team is still improving the plug-in with every update. They even included one of my wishes/ problem fixes, so that I could achieve what I needed for a template.
