    We are extremely sorry for the late reply.

    We don’t operate 24 hours a day and you might have received the replies because we work in a different timezone.

    Our support replied back to you as soon as they started office but it seems like they haven’t heard back from you after asking you about the issues.

    Our support team is really helpful and if can share the issues they will help you out for sure
